1. Material preparation
CXT526 will be fully dry at the factory , moisture ≤1 ‰, packed by sealed bags. It can be used directly if the package is in good order.
2. Material Storage
Under conditions of sealed, packaging is not damaged, it is best to store in dry warehouse with 25ºC. Because when storage temperature is higher than 25 ºC for long time, oxidation will take place, yellow phenomenon will occur during the process, so it should be avoided.
If he material is exposed to air for long time, it will absorb moisture in the air, and too high moisture will result in an overflow of molten material in the injection molding process state, containing air bubbles, and the injection of the product surface will cause waterlines.
The drying temperature (vacuum dryer)
Temperature: Maximum 100 ºC
Time: 6-10 hours
4. Requirements of machinery and equipment
Be sure to use nylon processing conditions of equipment, please.
We recommend using the anti-wear protection, with a one-way valve nozzle, General Purpose (3-stage heating) screws.
Length: 18D-22D, compression ratio: 2-2.5
4.6. Injection volume
Injection volume must be longer than shoot back in the absence of return flow metering.
Maximum mold filling capacity: approximately maximum injection volume × 0.5-0.9
4.7. Heating section
Must and at least have three independent adjustment of temperature of the heating section, enough so that the temperature can reach 350 degrees, the feed nozzle temperature must be adjusted (cooling devices).
Open nozzles are simple, good flow-ability, durable, but the screw through the metering section, it will produce intake air oxidation, it is recommended to adjust the nozzle needle.

It must be considered adequate exhaust and suggested combining online increased exhaust measures, polishing, and the size of at least 0.2mm.
4.15. Process Engineering
Filling, packing and feed
To make better product surface, combined with higher line strength, the best application of high injection speed, extended dwell time. Injection molding, injection speed should be properly adjusted to avoid the injection cycle late because speed is too high to produce fire phenomenon. If you use a low speed and low pressure, cooling time will be sufficient.
